RESOLUTION IDENTIFYING A PUBLIC WORKS STREET MAINTENANCE PROJECT TO BE INCLUDED IN THE FY 2023-24 BUDGET AND FUNDED BY SENATE BILL 1: THE ROAD REPAIR AND ACCOUNTABILITY ACT OF 2017 It is recommended that the City Council consider: (1) Adopting a resolution identifying a street maintenance project to be included in the FY 2023-24 budget and funded with Road Maintenance and Rehabilitation Act (RMRA) funds, in a form approved by the City Attorney; and (2) Taking such additional, related, action that may be desirable.
