11. Adoption of Resolution No. 2023-016, "A Resolution of the City Council of the City of Baldwin Park, California, Adopting the Fiscal Year 2022-23 Project List to be Funded by Senate Bill 1 (SB1) - the Road Repair and Accountability Act of 2017" It is recommended that the City Council: Adopt Resolution No. 2023-016, "A Resolution of the City Council of the City of Baldwin Park, California, Adopting the Fiscal Year 2023-24 Project List to be Funded by Senate Bill 1 (SB1) - the Road Repair and Accountability Act of 2017"; and Authorize the Finance Director to appropriate projected FY 2023-24 SB1 funds in the amount of $1,781,266; and Authorize the Director of Public Works to file necessary documentation to satisfy SB1 funding requirements and act as the signature authority.
