H. CONTRACT AWARD - SEWER MANHOLE INSECT CONTROL SERVICES AND FINDING THE PROJECT CATEGORICALLY EXEMPT FROM THE CALIFORNIA ENVIRONMENTAL QUALITY ACT (CEQA) UNDER CLASS 1 (EXISTING FACILITIES, 14 CCR SECTION 15301) OF THE STATE CEQA GUIDELINES Staff Recommendation Adopt Resolution No. 23-50, which will, 1. Determine that the project is categorically exempt from CEQA under Class 1 (Existing Facilities, 14 CCR section 15301) of the State CEQA guidelines. 2. Approve, and authorize the City Manager to execute, Contract No. C23-29, by and between the City of San Clemente and Golden Bell Products, Inc., providing for sewer manhole insect control services, in an amount not to exceed $70,000 for a two year period.
