3-K. BARNES PARK AMPHITHEATER SEATING UPGRADES It is recommended that the City Council consider: (1) Authorizing the City Manager to purchase seating materials in the amount of $75,816.41 from Irwin Seating Company; (2) Authorizing the City Manager to execute a Public Works contract, in a form approved by the City Attorney, with Irwin Seating Company for installation of new seating in the amount of $17,906.25; and (3) Taking such additional, related, action that may be desirable. CEQA (California Environmental Quality Act): Since the proposed work is a minor alteration to an existing public facility, this project is Class 1 Categorically Exempt pursuant to the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA).
