3-D. PROFESSIONAL SERVICES AMENDMENT WITH HF&H CONSULTANTS, LLC FOR WATER, WASTEWATER, AND SOLID WASTE RATE STUDIES It is recommended that the City Council consider: (1) Authorizing the City Manager to execute an amendment with HF&H Consultants, LLC in a form approved by the City Attorney; to conduct a proposition 218 utility rate study for an additional amount of $291,500 and extend the term of the amendment through December 31, 2024; (2) Appropriating $190,700 from Refuse Fund (421) to the FY 2023-24 Budget; and (3) Taking such additional, related, action that may be desirable.
