N. CONSIDERATION OF RATIFYING A SECOND EMERGENCY CONTRACT FOR THE EMERGENCY SLOPE STABILIZATION REPAIRS AT CASA ROMANTICA Staff Recommendation Adopt Resolution No. 23-84, which will ratify an Emergency Construction Contract, Contract No. C23-45, by and between the City of San Clemente and Alliance Diversified Enterprises, Inc. on a time and materials basis, providing for emergency slope stabilization repairs at Casa Romantica to include construction tiebacks and grade beams as well as reconstructing the slope with geogrid reinforcement and compacted soil backfill, in an amount not to exceed $7,760,800.
