3.12 Adoption of Plans and Specifications and Authorization to Solicit Construction Bids for the Edwards Street Improvement Project from Westminster Boulevard to Trask Avenue. RECOMMENDATION: Staff recommends that the Mayor and City Council: A. Approve the plans and specifications for the Edwards Street Improvement Project from Westminster Boulevard to Trask Avenue, and authorize the Public Works Director/City Engineer to approve minor modifications to the plans and specifications to accommodate requested revisions from public safety and utility agencies; and B. Authorize the Public Works Department to advertise and solicit construction bids for said project. AGREEMENTS/PURCHASE ORDERS (UNDER $500,000)
