3.13 Award of Contract for the Newland Street Waterline Improvements Project to All Cities Engineering, Inc., Project P-2574. RECOMMENDATION: Staff recommends that the Mayor and City Council: A. Approve the award of contract to the lowest and responsible bidder in the amount of $580,950 to All Cities Engineering, Inc. and that all other bids be rejected; and B. Authorize a 10% contingency in the amount of $58,095 for potential change orders; and C. Authorize the City Manager to execute the contract on behalf of the City. END OF CONSENT CALENDAR
