16. 23-745 Accept bid and authorize execution of a construction contract with Applied Restoration, Inc. in the amount of $754,451.80 for the construction of Goldenwest St. and Graham St. Bridge Maintenance Project, CC-1713 Recommended Action: A) Accept the lowest responsive and responsible bid submitted by Applied Restoration , Inc. in the amount of $754,451.80; and, B) Authorize the Mayor and City Clerk to execute a construction contract in a form approved by the City Attorney.
