8I. Award a construction contract for the FY 2022-23 Safe Routes to School Project (CS01E) to Miramar General Engineering. Environmental Considerations: The action being considered by the City Council is exempt from the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) pursuant to Section 15301 (c) of the CEQA Guidelines. This section exempts projects characterized as minor alterations to public facilities, involving negligible or no expansion of the existing use.
