7.1 Consider Introduction and First Reading of an Ordinance Repealing Chapters 2.62 and 2.57 of the Westminster Municipal Code, Terminating the Commission on Aging, and the Cultural Arts Commission. RECOMMENDATION: Staff recommends that the Mayor and City Council: A. Consider the request to disband and dissolve the Commission on Aging and introduce and provide direction to conduct first reading on an Ordinance entitled, “AN ORDINANCE OF THE MAYOR AND CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WESTMINSTER, CALIFORNIA, DELETING CHAPTER 2.62 (COMMISSION ON AGING), OF TITLE 2 (ADMINISTRATION AND PERSONNEL), OF THE WESTMINSTER MUNICIPAL CODE, AND TERMINATING THE COMMISSION ON AGING,” read by title only and waive further reading; and B.
