5.2 Approval of Amendment to the Agreement with SDI Presence, LLC for Continued Provision of Citywide Information Technology Consulting Services in Fiscal Year 2023-2024. RECOMMENDATION: Staff recommends that the Mayor and City Council: A. Approve the Amendment to the Agreement with SDI Presence, LLC for continued provision of Citywide Information Technology Consulting Services in Fiscal Year 2023-2024; and B. Authorize the City Manager or her designee to execute Amendment No. 1 to the Agreement.
