APPROVING AMENDMENTS BETWEEN THE CITY AND THE MONTEREY PARK POLICE CAPTAINS’ ASSOCIATION AND MONTEREY PARK POLICE OFFICERS’ MID- MANAGEMENT ASSOCIATION MODIFYING MEMORANDUM OF UNDERSTANDING LANGUAGE FOR THE TERM OF JULY 1, 2023 TO JUNE 30, 2025 It is recommended that the City Council consider: (1) Authorizing the Interim City Manager to execute Amendment between the City of Monterey Park and the Monterey Park Police Captains’ Association (“MPPCA”) and the Monterey Park Police Officers’ Mid-Management Association (“MPPOMMA”), in a form approved by the City Attorney; and (2) Taking such additional, related, action that may be desirable.
