3.7 Restated and Amended Joint Powers Agreement for Integrated Law & Justice Agency for Orange County. RECOMMENDATION: Staff recommends that the Mayor and City Council approve the Restated and Amended Joint Powers Agreement for Integrated Law & Justice Agency for Orange County (ILJAOC) among the City of Westminster, County of Orange and Member Agencies; and authorize the Chief of Police to execute the agreement and to take the necessary actions to implement and administer the agreement.
