9. Approval of Change Orders for La Canada Design Group (LCDG) for Additional Design Services Related to the City Hall 3rd Floor and City Council Chambers Improvements Project, CIP 22-038 It is Staff's recommendation that the City Council: 1. Authorize the additional work and payment for LCDG in the amount of $62,330.00 for additional architectural and engineering design services; and, 2. Authorize the Director of Public Works to execute change orders with LCDG for design services of the 3rd Floor and City Council Chambers Improvements Project CIP 22-038; and, 3. Authorize the Director of Finance to make the necessary budget adjustments and transfers.
