CONSIDERATION OF ADOPTION OF A RESOLUTION DIRECTING THE INTERIM CITY MANAGER TO TAKE ACTIONS NECESSARY TO FINANCE WATER FACILITIES AND IMPROVEMENTS TO THE WATER SYSTEM It is recommended that the City Council consider: (1) Adopting Resolution No. _______ directing the Interim City Manager to take actions necessary to finance water facilities and improvements to the Water System; and (2) Taking such additional, related, action that may be desirable.
