3-G. AUTHORIZE THE INTERIM CITY MANAGER TO EXECUTE A PROFESSIONAL SERVICES AGREEMENT WITH CITY FABRICK IN A FORM APPROVED BY THE CITY ATTORNEY FOR PARKS SYSTEM MASTER PLAN SERVICES It is recommended that the City Council consider: (1) Authorizing the City Manager to execute a Professional Services Agreement with City Fabrick, in a form approved by the City Attorney, for Parks System Master Plan services for $150,000 (+ a 5% contingency of $7,500); and (2) Taking such additional, related, action that may be desirable.
