4. REVIEW, EVALUATE AND PROVIDE DIRECTION REGARDING PROJECT LABOR AGREEMENT BY AND BETWEEN THE CITY OF MONTEBELLO AND LOS ANGELES/ORANGE COUNTIES BUILDING AND CONSTRUCTION TRADES COUNCIL AND THE SIGNATORY CRAFT COUNCILS AND UNIONS RECOMMENDATION: It is recommended that the City Council: 1. Review, evaluate and provide direction regarding Project Labor Agreement by and Between the City of Montebello and Los Angeles/Orange Counties Building and Construction Trades Council and the Signatory Craft Councils and Unions; and 2. Take such additional, related, action that may be desirable.
