V. CONTRACT AWARD - BID IT-039 FOR THE PURCHASE OF PURE STORAGE FLASH ARRAY SYSTEM Staff Recommendation Adopt Resolution No. 23-147, which will: 1. Award Bid IT-039 to ePlus Technology, Inc. 2. Approve, and authorize the City Manager to execute, Contract No. C23-72, by and between the City of San Clemente and ePlus Technology, providing for the purchase of the Pure Storage Flash Array system, under substantially the same terms and conditions of NASPO Valuepoint Master Agreement 23020, in an amount not to exceed $183,061.83, for the equipment and software purchase, training, technical service, maintenance, and support for a three-year term. 3. Authorize City staff to accept the Pure Storage End User Agreement.
