S. CONTRACT AWARD - MARINE SAFETY HEADQUARTER BUILDING CONCRETE REPAIRS Staff Recommendation Adopt Resolution No. 23-144, which will: 1. Award the Marine Safety Headquarters Building Concrete Repairs Project, CIP Project No. 24805, construction contract to Harbor Coating & Restoration, as the lowest responsible and responsive bidder. 2. Approve, and authorize the City Manager to execute, Contract No. C23-69, by and between the City of San Clemente and Harbor Coating & Restoration, providing for the Marine Safety Headquarters Building Concrete Repairs, in an amount not to exceed $101,750, and a 19% project contingency in the amount of $19,333, in a form substantially similar to Contract No. C23-69 (Attachment 4). 3. Approve a 19% project contingency of $19,333.
