8.k RESOLUTION 2023-104 APPROVING THE CITY’S FILING OF A COMMUNITY ENHANCEMENT GRANT APPLICATION WITH THE COUNTY OF SAN DIEGO FOR TRUNK OR TREAT, DIA DE LOS MUERTOS, DIA DE LOS NINOS, AND MOVIE NIGHT EVENTS (0390-82 & 0900-10) Recommendation: Adopt Resolution 2023-104 approving the City’s filing of an application for a $15,000 Community Enhancement Grant from the County of San Diego for Trunk or Treat, Dia de los Muertos, Dia de los Niños, and Movie Night events; authorizing the City Manager, or designee, to execute an agreement between the City and County of San Diego and related documents for the grant; and appropriating any grant funds that may be received.
