CONTRACT AMENDMENT - MARINE SAFETY HEADQUARTERS RELOCATION STUDY Staff Recommendation Approve, and authorize the Public Works Director/City Engineer to execute, Amendment No. 1 to Contract No. C21-24, by and between the City of San Clemente and HMC Architects, providing for the Marine Safety Headquarters Relocation Study. This amendment increases the contract amount from $87,500 to $122,500 (an increase of $35,000).
