3-I. SECOND AMENDMENT TO AGREEMENT 2273-A WITH NATIONAL BUSINESS FURNITURE, LLC It is recommended that the City Council consider: (1) Authorizing the City Manager to execute a Second Amendment with National Business Furniture, LLC, in a form approved by the City Attorney, to purchase office furniture for various city departments for an amount of $175,000; and (2) Taking such additional, related, action that may be desirable.
