4. APPROVAL OF AGREEMENT NO. 4171 WITH COMPLETE PAPERLESS SOLUTIONS FOR THE PURCHASE OF LASERFICHE SOFTWARE SOLUTION RECOMMENDATION: It is recommended that the City Council: 1. Award Agreement No. 4171 to Complete Paperless Solutions, LLC for the purchase of Laserfiche Solutions for an amount not-to-exceed $44,366; and 2. Authorize the City Manager to execute the Agreement on behalf of the City; and 3. Take such additional, related action that may be desirable.
