13. APPROVE ISSUING REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS (RFP 24-11) FOR CITYWIDE ELEVATOR MAINTENANCE SERVICES RECOMMENDATION: It is recommended that the City Council: 1. Authorize issuing a Request for Proposals (RFP 24-11) for citywide elevator maintenance services; and 2. Take whatever additional actions are necessary and required.
