12. APPROVE ISSUING REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS (RFP) NOS. 24-13 AND 24-14 FOR THIRD-PARTY ADMINISTRATOR SERVICES FOR THE CITY'S SELF-FUNDED WORKERS COMPENSATION AND GENERAL LIABILITY PROGRAMS RECOMMENDATION: It is recommended that the City Council: 1. Approve issuing a Third-Party Administrator Services Request for Proposal (RFP No. 24-13) for the City’s self-funded workers’ compensation program; and 2. Approve issuing a Third-Party Administrator Services Request for Proposal (RFP No. 24-14) for the City’s self-funded general liability program; and 3. Take such additional, related action that may be desirable.
