Approve a Professional Services Agreement (PSA) with CWE for Construction Management and Inspection Services for City Project No. CIP 21-198 Barnes Park Multi-Benefit Stormwater Capture Project It is Staff's recommendation that the City Council: 1. Approve the Professional Services Agreement with CWE in the amount of $964,697.00; and 2. Authorize the Mayor and City Clerk to execute the contract with CWE for construction management and inspection services of the City of Baldwin Park’s Barnes Park Project.
