4) CONSIDERATION OF THIRD AMENDMENT TO CONTRACT SERVICES AGREEMENT WITH ALLISON MECHANICAL, INC. It is recommended that the City Council authorize the City Manager to execute the Third Amendment to the Contract Services Agreement with Allison Mechanical, Inc. providing for a month-to- month extension of the agreement.
