13. PUBLIC HEARING TO CONSIDER ADOPTION OF RESOLUTION NO. 24-44 CONFIRMING THE FISCAL YEAR 2024–25 ENGINEER’S REPORT FOR THE ANNUAL NATASHA LANE SEWER AND STORM WATER PUMP ASSESSMENT DISTRICT NO. 2005-2 AND LEVYING SUCH ASSESSMENTS RECOMMENDATION: It is recommended that the City Council: 1. Conduct a Public Hearing and consider adopting Resolution No. 24-44 (Attachment A) confirming the Fiscal Year 2024-25 Engineer’s Report (Attachment B) for the Annual Natasha Lane Sewer and Storm Water Pump Assessment District No. 2005-2; and, 2. Authorize the Levying of the Fiscal Year 2024-2025 Assessments; and. 3. Take such additional, related action that may be desirable.
