Item No. 29. 2024-0662 CONSIDER APPROVAL OF AMENDMENT NO. 3 TO THE JOHNSON CONTROLS, INC., CONTRACT (C23-083) FOR CAPITAL IMPROVEMENT PROJECT PW1674 TO PROVIDE A COMPLETE INSTALLATION OF ADDITIONAL MATERIAL ALLOWING FOR EXPANSION OF THE NEW ACCESS CONTROL AND CCTV SURVEILLANCE SYSTEM (CITY COUNCIL) Recommendation: Take the following actions: 1. APPROVE Amendment No. 3 to the Agreement with Johnson Controls, Inc. (Exhibit No.1) to increase the contract sum from $6,511,836.44 to $8,102,322.03. 2. AUTHORIZE the Mayor to execute Amendment No. 3, following approval as to form by the City Attorney.
