3-K. EASEMENT WITH THE LOS ANGELES COMMUNITY COLLEGE DISTRICT FOR THE CONSTRUCTION, OPERATION, AND MAINTENANCE OF THE ELAC NORTHEAST DRAINAGE AREA AND BIOFILTRATION PROJECT It is recommended that the City Council consider: (1) Authorizing the City Manager to execute the grant of easement, in a form approved by the City Attorney, with the Los Angeles Community College District for a biofiltration project located in the ELAC Northeast Drainage area; (2) Taking such additional, related, action that may be desirable.
