3-C. PROFESSIONAL SERVICES AMENDMENT FOR INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY (IT) SERVICES It is recommended that the City Council consider: (1) Authorizing the City Manager to execute a retroactive first amendment from July 1, 2024 to February 29, 2028, to the Knight Communications Agreement No. 2346-AA, in a form approved by the City Attorney. This first amendment will add IT services to the City’s Police Department in the amount of $763,877, for a total not to exceed $3,248,551 for the term of the Agreement. (2) Taking such additional, related, action that may be desirable.
