Adoption of Resolution No. 2024-045 Requesting the California Insurance Commissioner, State Legislature, and the Governor take Emergency Action to Strengthen and Stabilize California's Marketplace for Homeowners and Commercial Property Insurance It is recommended that the City Council adopt Resolution No. 2024-045 entitled "A Resolution of The City Council of the City of Baldwin Park, California, Requesting the California Insurance Commissioner, State Legislature, and the Governor take Emergency Action to Strengthen and Stabilize California's Marketplace for Homeowners and Commercial Property Insurance."
