Project (Project No. C25015) to Square Signs LLC DBA Front Signs, as the lowest responsible bidder; 2. Authorize the City Manager to execute the construction agreement with Square Signs LLC DBA Front Signs for $351,095, in such final form as approved by the City Attorney; 3. Authorize 15% of the awarded contract amount as contingency allowance to be used, if necessary, with the City Manager's approval, for unforeseen conditions; 4. Authorize the City Manager to negotiate and execute any amendments within the authorized contingency; and 5. Authorize the City Manager to issue a purchase order to Tapco, Inc. for $734,992.87, for the direct purchasing of signage and signage mounting equipment through Omnia Partners (Cooperative Purchasing); and 6. Find that the project is categorically exempt from the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) pursuant to CEQA Guidelines Section 15302 (Replacement or Reconstruction).
