FIRE DEPARTMENT UNIFORM AND TURNOUT GEAR PURCHASE – APPROVAL OF AGREEMENT It is recommended that the City Council consider: (1) Authorizing the City Manager to execute an agreement with Municipal Emergency Services, Inc., in a form approved by the City Attorney, to purchase Fire Department uniforms and turnout gear in an amount not to exceed $596,000; and (2) Taking such additional, related, action that may be desirable.
