3.7 Approval of Amendment No. 1 to the Maintenance/Service Agreement (2020-44) between the City of Westminster and General Pump Company, Inc. for Well Pump Maintenance and Repair at Various Locations. RECOMMENDATION: A. Approve Amendment No. 1 to the existing Maintenance/Service Agreement (2020-44) with General Pump Company, Inc.; and B.
