H. CONTRACT AWARD - ENGINEERING SUPPORT SERVICES FOR THE DEL MAR ELECTRICAL REHABILITATION IMPROVEMENTS Staff Recommendation Adopt Resolution No. 24-200, which will: 1. Award a Professional Services Agreement to Pacific Advanced Civil Engineers, Inc. for engineering support services for the Del Mar Electrical Rehabilitation Project, CIP Project No. 19807. 2. Approve, and authorize the City Manager to execute, Contract No. C24- 85, by and between the City of San Clemente and Pacific Advanced Civil Engineers, Inc., providing for the Del Mar Electrical Rehabilitation Project, in an amount not to exceed $89,940.
