J. CONTRACT AWARD - TELECOMMUNICATION SERVICES AT MULTIPLE CITY FACILITIES Staff Recommendation Adopt Resolution No. 24-202, which will: 1. Award a Commercial Services Agreement to Cox Business for Telecommunication Services. 2. Approve, and authorize the City Manager to execute, Contract No. C24-87, by and between the City of San Clemente and Cox Business, providing for Telecommunication Services, in an amount not to exceed $85,659 per year.
