10. City Council: Staff recommends that the City Council approve 24-459 Amendment 1 to the Professional Services Agreement with Trussell Technologies in an amount not to exceed $75,000, for a total contract amount not-to-exceed $525,000, for as-needed process optimization engineering services; and authorize the City Manager to execute the amendment.
