5-D. AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER TO EXECUTE A LICENSE AGREEMENT WITH MONTEREY PARK WOMAN’S CLUB It is recommended that the City Council consider: (1) Authorizing the City Manager, or designee, to execute a license agreement, in a form approved by the City Attorney with the Monterey Park Woman’s Club to utilize the space within the Service Club House; or (2) Taking no action, keeping the current facility reservation fees; and (3) Taking such additional, related, action that may be desirable.
