4. Fiscal Year (FY) 2024 Edward Byrne Memorial Justice Assistance Grant (JAG) Program It is recommended that the City Council 1. Review the attached FY 2024 JAG Grant Award Letter/Agreement and project budget documentation; and 2. Provide any comments or feedback to the grant manager within the 30-day review period; and 3. Accept the FY 2024 JAG Grant award in the amount of $14,882.00 and authorize the Mayor to execute the "Certifications and Assurances by the Chief Executive of the Applicant Government" form and any grant-related documents. 4. Authorize the Director of Finance to make the necessary appropriation and budget amendments.
