8. Approval of Crossing Guard Services Agreement with All City Management Services for Fiscal Year 2025-2026 It is recommended that the City Council 1. Approve the contract with ACMS for crossing guard services for FY 2025-26 in an amount not to exceed $316,368; and 2. Authorize the Mayor to execute the agreement; and 3. Authorize the Director of Finance to appropriate funding from the General Fund and include it in the FY 2026 budget to cover the City’s share of the services; and 4.
