12. AUTHORIZE THE CITY MANAGER TO EXECUTE THE EXPENSE REIMBURSEMENT AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE CITY OF MONTEBELLO AND CENTRAL BASIN MUNICIPAL WATER DISTRICT FOR THE RAIN BARREL GIVEAWAY PROGRAM RECOMMENDATION: It is recommended that the City Council: 1. Approve the Expense Reimbursement Agreement between the City of Montebello and the Central Basin Municipal Water District (CBMWD) for reimbursement of up to $30,000 to support the Rain Barrel Giveaway Program; and 2. Authorize the City Manager to execute the Agreement and any related documents or amendments, subject to approval as to form by the City Attorney; and 3. Take such additional, related action that may be desirable.
