6. Adoption of Resolution No. 2025-012 "A Resolution of the City Council of the City of Baldwin Park, California, Adopting the Fiscal Year 2025-26 Project List to be Funded by Senate Bill 1 (SB1) - the Road Repair and Accountability Act of 2017" It is recommended that the City Council: 1. Adopt Resolution No. 2025-012, “A Resolution of the City Council of the City of Baldwin Park, California, Adopting the Fiscal Year 2025-26 Project List to be Funded by Senate Bill 1 (SB1) – the Road Repair and Accountability Act of 2017”; and 2. Authorize the Finance Director to appropriate projected FY 2025-26 SB1 funds in the amount of $1,889,993; and 3. Authorize the Director of Public Works to file necessary documentation to satisfy SB1 funding requirements and act as the signature authority. STAFF REPORT
