13. APPROVE AGREEMENT NO. 4302 WITH THE SAN GABRIEL VALLEY COUNCIL OF GOVERNMENTS (SGVCOG) ALLOWING THE CITY TO ASSUME MANAGEMENT AND ADMINISTRATION OF THE "OPERATION STAY SAFE" AGREEMENT WITH LA CADA RECOMMENDATION: It is recommended that the City Council: 1. Authorize the City Manager to execute Agreement No. 4302 with the San Gabriel Valley Council of Governments (SGVCOG) to assume management and administration of the "Operation Stay Safe" agreement with LA CADA; and 2. Take such additional, related action that may be desirable.
