11K. CONTRACT AWARD - ENGINEERING SERVICES RELATED TO THE CALAFIA COMPLETE STREETS, ACCEPTING GRANT FUNDING AND MAKING A SUPPLEMENTAL APPROPRIATION RELATED THERETO Staff Recommendation Adopt Resolution No. 25-94, which will: 1. Accept the federal Complete Streets Program grant for the Project Approval & Environmental Documents (PA&ED) and Plans, Specifications & Estimate (PS&E) project phases in the amount of $176,000 (Revenue Account No. 011-000-33180-000-15319). 2. Approve a supplemental appropriation in the amount of $149,196 from the State SB-1 Road Maintenance Rehabilitation Account (RMRA) Funds to project expenditure Account No. 011-864-45300-000-15319. 3. Award a Professional Services Agreement to Chen Ryan Associates, Inc. for engineering support services for the Calafia Complete Streets Project, CIP Project No. 15319. 4. Approve, and authorize the City Manager to execute, Contract No. C25- 35, by and between the City of San Clemente and Chen Ryan Associates, Inc., providing for engineering support services for the Calafia Complete Streets Project, in an amount not to exceed $279,196. 5. Authorize the City Manager and/or the Public Works Director/City Engineer to execute all necessary applications, tentative agreements, and/or other such documents/actions required to complete the design and permitting of the project with the California Coastal Commission, California State Parks, and any other necessary parties.
