10E. CONSIDERATION OF A RESOLUTION CONCERNING THE SAN CLEMENTE LIFEGUARD STATUE MAINTENANCE AGREEMENT AND CLARIFICATION OF COUNCIL INTENT REGARDING MAINTENANCE RESPONSIBILITIES Staff Recommendation Adopt Resolution No. 25-87, which will: 1. Repeal and replace Resolution No. 24-139. 2. Adopt a new resolution approving the maintenance agreement for the San Clemente Lifeguard Statue and clarifying that the City of San Clemente shall assume responsibility for all ongoing maintenance. 3. Approve, and authorize the City Manager to execute, Contract No. C25- 32, by and between the City of San Clemente and San Clemente Lifeguard Foundation, providing for Donation, Installation and Maintenance of Public Artwork.
