31. AWARD PROFESSIONAL SERVICES AGREEMENT NO. 4354 TO CRAFCO TO PROVIDE SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF ASPHALT REPAIR MATERIALS RECOMMENDATION: It is recommended that the City Council: 1. Award Professional Services Agreement No. 4354 to Crafco to provide Supply and Delivery of Asphalt Repair Materials for three (3) year term, with two (2) one-year extension options, for a not-to-exceed annual amount of $80,000 ($240,000 total over the initial three-year term); and, 2. Authorize the City Manager to execute the Agreement on behalf of the City; and 3. Take such additional, related action that may be desirable.
