17. RECEIVE AND FILE THE FISCAL YEAR 2023-24 ANNUAL COMPREHENSIVE FINANCIAL REPORT (ACFR) RECOMMENDATION: It is recommended that the City Council: 1. Recieve and file the Fiscal Year 2023-24 Annual Comprehensive Financial Report (ACFR); and 2. Take such additional, related action that may be desirable.
