2) CONSIDERATION ACCEPTANCE OF WORK AND AUTHORIZATION TO FILE THE NOTICE OF COMPLETION FOR THE FY 23-24 RESIDENTIAL STREET REHABILITATION PROJECT PROJECT NO. C24008 It is recommended that the City Council: 1. Accept the work performed by Onyx Paving Company for the FY 23-24 Residential Street Rehabilitation Project (Project No. C24008) with a final contract amount of $5,103,895.25; and 2. Authorize the Acting City Manager and Deputy City Clerk to execute the Notice of Completion and file the Notice of Completion with the County of Los Angeles Registrar-Recorder; and 3. Authorize the Acting City Manager to release retention once appropriate.
